自家制 – 鹹柑桔水

大概是週日的時候啃了整瓶薯片,喉嚨有點異樣。週一工作時跟客人在電話爭執,還沒演變成吵架已經虛耗體內的真氣–內傷阿!1月13號星期三,咽喉惡化…唯有回家在廚櫃尋寶–醃製4年的鹹柑桔勒!

母親大人閒時跟田主買一些有機柑桔,加大量海鹽後密封於玻璃瓶內,等若干年鹽溶解了,可以加熱水做健康飲料保養喉嚨,居家旅行必備。
