旺角 – 四大發明廚房 粥粉麵飯

阿恩說發現了一家茶餐廳,只收八達通不收現金,重點是東西不錯吃。
12月20號星期五,既然不錯吃,我當然要跟著去見識下勒!
IMG_0842 阿恩點的金牌牛柳片米粉+還沒出現的鯪魚肉餅+凍奶茶=$40,我點的煎封鹹蛋肉餅飯+非常鹹的凍鹹檸茶=$40。偏重口味,價錢算是合理。

很聰明的茶餐廳:挺講究的裝潢、客人自己點菜的電腦系統、點菜後用八達通付款、服務生傳菜。節省了收銀員、晚上點算現金的程序,還順便避免了找錢的錯誤。服務生不用記下客人點菜,既環保又減輕工作量。換來是空間被伺服器、電腦等佔用,座位也不會很擠迫,應該會變得受歡迎吧!
