麵包.狂熱 7

開始步進倒數階段的麵包課程,每逢週日的舟車勞頓,我也開始有點累。堅持,真的一點也不容易。
IMG_0716 IMG_0717 超好玩!黑啤麵包駕到!千萬不要少看這麵團,害我的手過敏…大家都說應該是啤酒麵團過敏勒!

像我這種三分鐘熱度的凡人,最難是要每週克服假期慵懶的生活…出門學麵包,我喜歡製作麵包,但很懶。要在微涼的秋冬放棄高床暖枕,搓揉麵團弄到整個人也是麵粉,除了興趣之外,最重要是一群善良積極的同學帶動上課氣氛,快樂推動我爬出家門繼續學習!
