自家制 – 火鍋晚餐

發掘到葵興原來是個買食材的好地方之後,滿心歡喜回家準備。在佳寶食品超級市場買:12顆不錯吃的丸子$14.8、很鹹的帶子$40.3、肉質合格的肥牛$31.4、特價的小木瓜4個$10,這樣子也不用$100,好便宜喔!走到街市買2塊豆腐$14,再買隻肉蟹:1斤$80,我隨意點1隻$73的也挺大隻喔!熊先生後來買2顆蕃茄也$11.x…瘋掉。
IMG_4892 我這次堅持不用史雲生清雞湯,結果味道太樸實…證明味精不可少阿!
IMG_4893 然後我在家找到李錦記的沙爹牛肉火鍋湯料,其實味太濃…我下次還是乖乖用史雲生吧!
