西貢 – 全記海鮮菜館 (chuen kee seafood restaurant)

7月5號星期五,又到每年楊老闆請客的日子,還好我離開前有機會騙吃騙喝阿!雖然塞車加小插曲令開場時氣氛凝重,但當憤努鳥點菜後心情瞬間豁然開朗,由谷底彈到半空的情緒,真的嘆為觀止。

上菜的順序有點奇怪:蚌刺身、豉椒蟶子、椒鹽瀨尿蝦、辣酒煮花螺配烏龍麵、蒜香鮑魚、炒西蘭花和通菜、蒸扇貝、龍蝦刺身、吉列蠔、龍蝦伊麵、蜆粥、橙+椰汁糕&桂花糕拼盤。22人晚餐$12,600,可惜沒有海膽,而整晚最驚人的大概是巨型龍蝦出場…牠沒有完全死去,當在座同事們吃著牠的肉的同時,看著牠輕微震動…非常罪過,但肉真的很甜。吸取去年在三聖灣的經驗,這年他們沒有眼闊肚窄地點一堆吃不下的食物,而且這裡不會太重口味,比去年進步呢!
