旺角 – 滿串自家醃制串燒店

7月3號星期三兼差的晚上,最近不適宜熱氣的阿恩決定豁出去…陪我宵夜,而且是燒烤!假如上次的街頭燒烤小店有國內的風味,哪這次的小店應該比較像新加坡的老巴剎 (lau pa sat festival market)…名貴版,但味道還需努力的樣子 。

阿恩點的玉子串$15、翠玉瓜串$12、烤羊架$28、烤雜菌$28,我點的岩鹽一口牛$28、西班牙豬汁燒$28、河豚乾$28、烤蒜蓉牡蠣(蠔)$25。這裡很明顯走街頭裡的高級路線,但生鮮食材燒烤感覺有點浪費,河豚乾很好吃,不過一口牛是有點烤過頭。我挺喜歡這裡提供的辣醬汁,味道是中規中矩,沒有很大的驚喜,假如有烤魔鬼魚就好了!而且小店好像只侷限於本地人生意,其實他們可以吸納遊客,讓旺角徹底地成為不夜城嘛!
